How to Use the Body Fat Calculator

This calculator uses the US Navy Method:

  1. Select Gender: Choose male or female.
  2. Enter Age: Input age in years.
  3. Measure Height: Stand straight, measure in cm without shoes.
  4. Measure Weight: Weigh in kg, preferably morning before eating.
  5. Measure Waist: Measure at narrowest point (belly button level).
  6. Measure Neck: Measure below Adam's apple, tape angled downward.

Results: Essential fat: 2-5% (men), 10-13% (women). Athletes: 6-13% (men), 14-20% (women). Average: 18-24% (men), 25-31% (women).
