How to Use the Calorie Calculator

Calculate TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure):

  1. Select Gender: For accurate BMR calculation.
  2. Enter Age: Current age in years.
  3. Enter Height: In centimeters.
  4. Enter Weight: In kilograms.
  5. Activity Level: Sedentary to Very Active based on exercise frequency.
  6. Goal: Maintain, Lose (deficit), or Gain (surplus) weight.

Using Results: TDEE = calories to maintain weight. Subtract 500/day for ~0.5kg/week loss. Add 300-500 for gain. Track intake and adjust based on results.
